Teleclinic Instructions
Step 1
Complete Form: you will be asked a bit about yourself, a bit about your problem, and when you would like to make your virtual visit.
You can choose between Text and Video visits ($35 and +$10 for additional issues; ex. hypertension and diabetes managed would be $45)
Step 2
Invitation Email: you will receive an email that will contain the time of your visit and the date of your visit. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. If you cannot find the email, please text or call 412-776-0231 for additional assistance.
Step 2
Join Meeting: at the appointed time and date. The unique link is provided to you in the confirmation email. Please bear in mind that the physician may be late as patients may be ahead of you in the clinic.
Text visits only require the chat/In Call Messages in the meeting.
